This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong agricultural background who wants to learn the lending side of the business. What You’ll Do: Be a Trusted Advisor: Develop lasting relationships with farmers, producers, and agribusiness owners by learning about their operations and understanding their financial goals. Learn Agricultural Lending: Work alongside experienced lenders who will mentor you in loan origination, credit analysis, underwriting, and portfolio management. Collaborate and Innovate: Work closely with our Credit Administration team to ensure loans are structured in a way that benefits both the customer and the bank, while maintaining compliance with regulations. Make a Difference: Conduct on-site visits to understand your customers’ operations, verify collateral, and ensure the success of existing credits. Achieve Success: Meet sales and production goals while delivering exceptional customer service. Grow Your Career: Participate in training and professional development while gaining the knowledge and experience needed to become a trusted agricultural lender. What We’re Looking For: Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Finance, Business Administration, Business Management, or a related field preferred. Agricultural experience is required. This may include farming, dairy, livestock, crop production, agronomy, ag sales, equipment, or other agribusiness experience. No prior banking or lending experience is required—we'll provide comprehensive training and mentorship. Strong analytical and attention to detail skills, with ability to evaluate financial information. Strong interest in sales with ability to identify opportunities and connect customers with financial solutions.
